it sucks when you want to talk to someone…but no one wants to talk back.

because it is so hard to have a conversation with someone
and get no response
but they arent even listening because they are too busy on their phone..

is it impossible to talk to someone who can do both..
is there some kind of care package with that?
do i have to buy that separately to go along with the friend?
